Sunrises and Sunsets

There is nothing like going out back early in the morning, walking the yard and seeing this…

Then again, there is nothing like standing at my kitchen window early in the morning, sipping coffee and seeing this…

But then again, there is nothing like sitting on my front porch after a long day and seeing this…

The world is alive, blinking and clicking, winking at us slyly, inviting us to get up and dance to the music that’s been playing since the beginning of time… (Shauna Niequist, “Cold Tangerines”)

Amazing Angie! I love the first one - today it reminds me that in the fog that can so often hang over our life, God’s Light is there to burn through.

    Thank-you!

So peaceful. All too often we miss this stuff in the day to day.

This is my favorite season. So beautiful this week. Tomorrow, they say rain…I’m looking forward to a cozy day inside…maybe a fire…a crockpot full of apples for apple butter–the aroma filling the house. It’ll be a great day for a cup of tea with my baby girl, and a soft warm blanket to snuggle under. Can’t wait.

    Thanks for the inspiration, Angie.
